Just updating my review to comment on the negative Nellies implying that the restaurant must be producing bad food because they don't offer sit down service anymore. This has been a carryover from COVID days, which is pretty common w/ Asian restaurants now and as it's been reported, this has been due largely to the racist rhetoric by morons in this country since then. I don't like it either, but don't make assumptions and knock the quality of the food because of this. Their food is great. I highly recommend the Generals combo.
While I wish we could sit down again for dinner, the food has remained the same - and that's a great thing. Large portions, fast carry-out, and good service.
The food is always good and plentiful and reasonably priced. It is carry out only and usually ready within 10 minutes.
I started coming a few months ago after a friend recommend it. Very generous portions and we love their sweet and sour sauce. Egg rolls are delicious! Even better with a slight warmup in the air-fryer if you like it crispy since it tends to get a little soggy in the box.
This is my favorite Chinese restaurant and I'm always ordering takeout when I'm back in town. I also usually order a bunch of eggrolls to freeze and take back to NC with me because they're the best. Michigan is the only state that has the bean sprout eggrolls; everyone else uses cabbage in their eggrolls. Yuck!! Right now you can only get carryout because no one wants to work; the dining room is closed until further notice. How are these job quitters getting their money?! You can only be on unemployment for so long. Bah!! Anyways, I've been frequenting this restaurant since I was a teenager and I've never had a bad meal. Everything is always excellent.
